Chocolate is bitter.
Chocolate is sweet.
Chocolate is like my heart.
My heart often changes between bitter and sweet.

*First of all, I love chocolate so this was a wonderful poem for me.
*It is easy and simple to understand and follow what you tell us about chocolate.
*The last line seems to be missing a bit in grammar;I think I would change the last line to “It's all because of（of底下要加一條線） you.”The way you wrote it is fine, but this way just makes it sound a little bit better.
